Welcome to our Sandcastle! A lovely unit that is decorated to the nines! You will love the two main level masters, and multiple living spaces, inside and out! One patio features a grill and dining set to enjoy dinner outdoors, while another features a pergola, hammock, and a private hot tub! Family fun awaits with a foosball table, games, cards and books to enjoy, you are sure to have everything you need for the perfect stay while enjoying Desert Color!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies—where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoon—are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Summary: We were surprised by just how great this place is. The 5 bedrooms each with an attached bathroom made things so easy and a short walk to an amazing lagoon / pool was great as well. We did run into a few small snags that were quickly remedied by a responsive management team and didn't impact our experience at all. Would highly recommend this (and have) to family and friends.

Summary: The property had close parking and a two car garage. The inside was nice and open close to the pools. The weather cleared so that we could enjoy the pools and the hot tubs. There are plenty of towels and cooking things. The TVs were great. We could watch some movies, the foosball game table was an added bonus to our stay. The kids really enjoyed that we had a hot tub upstairs on the patio which we all used several times during our stay. The only question or concern that we had was when we were filling out the application, we didn’t find out the full cost of the unit until after that included extra fees, including cleaning, and resort fees , we didn’t know what the total cost was before. We started. Also note when we left, we tried to contact you guys to get two of our personal gray pool towels with the letters doTERRA we haven’t heard back yet hoping to get some news that the cleaning people found them. We tried really hard to clean it , we enjoyed this staycation. We live here in Washington City We may do it again thank you.

Summary: This home accommodated our large group of 15. The hot tub, foosball, cozy TV space, bbq and patio fit our needs. We hiked trails surrounding the St George area and swam in the community pool daily. Great stay!

Summary: The house is new and very spacious. Our party of 14 was able to spend a week here without ever feeling overcrowded. Having access to the pool and lagoon was a big plus. The host was very responsive. Do keep in mind that there is still a lot of construction going on near the property.
